Autumn Equinox Yoga Afternoon 🍂

I’m super excited to share that I am planning my first little mini yoga retreat! The Autumn Equinox is coming up and I thought it would be the perfect time to come together for an afternoon of yoga, meditation, reflection and intention setting. Working with the seasons is a big part of my personal practice and I am so excited to share this with you as well!

The Autumn Equinox is a day when day and night are equal lengths, representing the lightness and darkness in our lives, a time of harmony and balance. It is also a time of transition as the long days of Summer have passed, we start to slow down and it is a beautiful time to reflect and have gratitude for all that you have done these past few months, as well as tying up loose ends before the hibernation and rest of Winter begins.

The afternoon will include a 75 minute Yin Yoga class, a super yummy and relaxing class to help you release stress and tension in the body and to feel open and refreshed as we enter this new season. This will be followed by a 15 minute Meditation to help us align with the new season and to open up to receive all the wonderful things you wish to call in. After this we will have some tea and a few snacks as we spend a bit of time discussing the equinox and journal down some thoughts and intentions we wish to take with us over the next couple of months. There will be a little goodie bag for you to take home as well 🧡

The investment for this beautiful afternoon is $40
Saturday 19th March from 2pm to 4pm at the St John Hall, 33 Bowen St Feilding.
