A friendly and relaxed 60min flow class designed specifically for those new to yoga or for those who just want to take things a little slower.
Each week will be a little different as we explore the main asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and different meditation techniques.
We will move slowly and learn how to use props to adjust and modify the postures to suit our individual bodies – because we are all different! And there will always be time to ask questions.
5:30 – 6:30pm
Flow with your breath through a nourishing mid-week flow and leave feeling relaxed & refreshed.
This class is suitable for all levels with lots of options given depending on how deep you wish to take your practice.
All challenges are tackled with an open mind and Ahimsa (non-harming) to ensure you get the most out of your time on your mat.
With a big focus on mindfulness and gratitude this is the perfect class to reconnect to yourself mid-week.
6:00 – 7:15pm
Candlelit Yin + Nidra
A 75min class dedicated to total relaxation! The perfect way to end your week and the ultimate self-care Sunday practice.
Yin yoga is the perfect way to end your week and is designed to lower stress and anxiety levels, develop mindfulness and target the deep connective tissue within the body, working into the ligaments and tendons surrounding the joints, as well as the fascia. We will finish with Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that reduces stress by inducing deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation. Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
Classes begin July 31st.
