Yoga Classes

Nourish through Yoga.

Take time out of your busy day and let Nicole lead you on a nourishing journey inwards through Yoga. Nicole’s classes are accessible for all levels and beginners are always welcome. Using your breath to guide you through your flow you will leave feeling refreshed, nourished and wanting more.

Nicole has recently completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and is ready to guide you through Hatha, Vinyasa or Yin yoga. Each style offers a unique experience to the practitioner and Nicole is excited to help you discover yourself through the different styles of yoga.

Nicole first began practicing yoga in 2014 and it has been a huge part of her life ever since. Having suffered from depression and anxiety since her teens and experiencing a sexual assault at 19, Nicole knows what it is like to fall out of love with your body. Yoga has been a massive part of her healing journey and she is excited to now share this knowledge and passion with her community.

Yoga is not a work out, it is a work in.

When we step on our mats we are creating space and time for ourselves, and in todays hectic world that is truly a blessing not to be overlooked. Yoga helps us connect with ourselves and our bodies and gives us the opportunity to be present and enter a state of total relaxation.

Class Schedule


Monday

6:00pm

Beginners Flow

A friendly and relaxed flow class designed specifically for those new to yoga or for those who just want to take things a little slower.

We will explore asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation.

Wednesday

5:30pm

All-levels Flow

Flow with your breath through a nourishing mid-week flow and leave feeling relaxed & refreshed.

The second Wednesday of every month will be a beautiful Yin yoga class. Yin is a beautiful chance to slow things down and connect with yourself on a deeper level. All the asana are seated or reclined and held for 3 to 4 minutes each. Yin helps to reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and promote mindfulness.

Saturday

9:00am

Meditation & All-levels Flow

Ease your way into the weekend with a mindful and rejuvenating practice starting with meditation and then moving the body mindfully to help de-stress from the week.

The last Saturday of every month will be a beautiful Vin to Yin class. Starting with our usual Vinyasa flow and ending with some Yin asanas.

Classes run for 60mins and are held at the St John Hall, 33 Bowen Street, Feliding

Yoga Retreats



Nicole’s classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are always welcomed. Using modifications and props to make yoga accessible to everybody, Nicole hopes to connect with you on your mat soon.
